Solé Mia is a 184-acre mini-city in North Miami that features resort-style living and private access to a swimmable 7-acre crystal clear tropical lagoon. The Shoreline is the first two residential towers within the Solé Mia complex to be completed. The Shoreline overlooks Sunny Isles, Oleta State Park, Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Amenities include two residential lounges, state-of-the-art fitness center, business center, game room, pool deck and spa outfitted with resort style private cabanas.
Michael Wolk’s design concept for the twin towers is timeless, minimal and sleek. Incorporating natural organic materials such as oak walls and wood grain porcelain tile floors, done in a basket weave pattern. Blending in waves of whites and blues that echoes the colors of the ocean. Exceptionally detailed lighting design helps illuminate the spaces, keeping it airy and bright.
