About the project

Solé Mia is a 184-acre mini-city in North Miami that features resort-style living and private access to a swimmable 7-acre crystal clear tropical lagoon. The Shoreline is the first two residential towers within the Solé Mia complex to be completed. The design concept is timeless, minimal and sleek. Incorporating natural organic materials such as oak walls and wood grain porcelain tile floors, done in a basket weave pattern. Blending in waves of whites and blues that echoes the colors of the ocean. Exceptionally detailed lighting design helps illuminate the spaces, keeping it airy and bright.

The Gianni Chair is an award-winning mid-century modern chair designed by Michael Wolk. Beautifully upholstered in soft leather and solid wood tapered legs with ‘pillow' arm rest.
