Wolk Design teamed with Altman Development to transform a corner block in Little Havana into a mixed use apartment building - 224 residences and 9,500 square feet of commercial/retail. The project needed to celebrate the architecture and culture of this Historic neighborhood. Taking its cues from the abundantly rich Hispanic culture, we developed a vibrant multicolored palette with the rhythms, patterns and textures infused in all its furniture and fabrics.
