Michael Wolk Design worked alongside Property Management to reimagine the existing Lobby and Amenity Levels for the 600 Brickell World Plaza. The project required working with the existing design and creating an elevated interior concept, that accommodated the fast-pace luxury ambiance of Brickell. Wolk Design developed a palette of cool tones, leathers, fabrics, rich patterns, vibrant hues, the finest woods, and textured metals to celebrate the high design of the neighborhood. Beyond the palette, Wolk Design added the value of a curated collection of custom furniture and lighting designed specifically for this project. The result is a modernist lobby of stone, glass, and steel that has a sense of warmth to it, now functioning as a welcome zone, social lounge, and conference space for the tenants.
